After 6 months of being in the red, he is now back on track as far as weight goes. So he is now on the 50th percentile for weight and for height (he went down for height). Thank you Granny !
Because he still can't say a word, when at that age they usually know 50, we'll have to go back in 6 months to check. We thought we would help him by reading books and start with animal sounds (both his cousins who were born the same year can do them all very well.) I feel so silly doing that, I can't wait to go to the zoo in June where it will actually make sense!
Anyway, Keld started with the lion sound, of course, a big roar. Last Sunday, for a ward conference in Sault Sainte Marie (where no one knew us, we were there for the first time) I had brought some books to try and keep him quiet (Ryan, now that Keld is on the stand, he is quiet). As soon as I opened one of the big books, he started roaring...there wasn't even a lion or a tiger on the page...and so his siblings started laughing! It's probably more reverent if he doesn't learn to speak...
Ryan has met new people but his best friend still is Rocky, by far.
His siblings probably come next.
