Halloween-At Don Bosco

We went to see the costume parade this morning at the boys' school. I didn't think Ryan would want to wear his costume the whole time but he put his nice Halloween tie Sr Kasperait made for him.

Not too many people recognize my kids' costumes. Kelden was Tintin.

 

His class danced on a Mickael Jackson's song (Thriller) at the beginning and then they were almost the last ones to parade.

Zack was Zorro.

All the teachers were wearing costumes too but I only took a couple of pictures.

 Each class had decorated a pumpkin.

The popcorn one is Kelden's class.

And the spider one is Zack's class.

I think they all did a great job !

Halloween-Pumpkins

We carved some pumpkins on Monday. Kelden, Julia and Zack were quite excited, at first.

They got tired pretty quickly.

And the boys gave up. So Keld came to the rescue, as always.

And voilà:

We matched their costumes this year.

I like Tintin et Milou together. I will try to take individual pictures in the dark outside tomorrow!

Halloween-Ward Party

Saturday was the Haunted House at the church. Julia left earlier to prepare herself to scare people. We all dressed up to go.

I tried to take pictures of the haunted house but in the dark, of course, it wasn't very clear.

The kids also went trick or treating.

I guess we're ready for the real day !

Fall

A couples of weeks ago, we went around Gillies Lake and I took some fall pictures.

They're walking toward the light !

Happy Birthday Uncle James !

James turned 37 on Monday.

We celebrated with Chinese food.

And big cookies.
