This month is special for Kelden as he received the priesthood and passed the sacrament for the first time last week. Sr Newton bought him a new suit for the occasion !!
He was also chosen to be one of the 5 kids to speak at his DARE graduation. Julia took the pictures and all the ones during his talk are blurry.
We traveled to Sault Sainte Marie and Central Algoma the first couples of Sunday and the kids had fun meeting new friends.
Ryan still doesn't talk but you usually easily understand what he wants.

Epiphany
We celebrated the Kings (as in Wise Men, not monarchy) on Monday for Family Home Evening (it was actually the right day, the 6th).
Both Kelden and Julia wanted to go under the table to decide who got which piece.
So Zack stayed at the table to hand them over.
However, this year, Zack wanted me to put all the fèves we own, to have a better chance to be King, and so almost everyone got one.
Zack included. I'm not sure he realizes he's supposed to make the next dessert now ! Vive le roi !

Happy New Year
We had a pizza party with a 6 o'clock countdown (France's midnight) for New Year's Eve. There were still chocolates, but we had to hide them from Ryan...
We started the new year snowshoeing.
I also got to participate in a videocall with people who served in Greece. Some were with me 20 years ago, and one was a little bit before us. We had people from Australia (7am for them), Italy, Scotland (9-10pm for them) as well as Utah and Canada (mid-afternoon for us).
We had ham for supper.
We will be using crowns again today as we are celebrating the kings (wise men in French) !
