Young Men's Camp

 Keld brought Kelden to the Young Men's camp this past Friday and Saturday. He took the camper and was glad he did as it rained most of the time..Here are the pictures I got.

Stake Conference

 Last week-end was our stake conference. We were allowed to attend in person this time. The youth had activities planned in the morning but they kept playing in the afternoon during the old people's meetings until it rained too hard.

While the youth were busy, I was watching Zack and Ryan although Ryan is not in this picture (he was with his dad for a moment.) They spent most of their time playing with friends until I let them all watch TV so I could attend the evening session. 

The sanitary situation didn't allow us to sit down for dinner or to celebrate the stake's 25th anniversary with a dance. However, the dinner was still provided in individual bags and special stickers could be found on the chocolate bars.

On Sunday, I attended the session with the boys as Julia left us for her friends...

Back to School

 I was the first to go back to school this year as I am doing supply teaching again. Right now I am replacing a teacher's aid in a grade 6 class.

I am right across from Zack, who is in grade 5, and we have our recesses together!

Kelden went back to school the same day as Zack. He's in grade 8.

Julia went the next day for grade 10 and she has since started seminary too, in person this time!

Ryan was the last one to go. He started with a couple of hours and then had his first full day last Friday.

The bus takes 40 minutes so Zack and Ryan are definitely the last ones home. Zack is trying to keep his brother awake during the ride as we are hoping his new schedule will help him fall asleep earlier. It's not working yet...
