May Temple Trip

We went down to the temple last week. We stopped at cousin Lee's on the way there for lots of fun and a great dinner. Aunt Linda and Uncle Gerry came right on time for dessert.

We spent a couple of days at the temple.

We came back on Mother's day. We missed Julia's first talk in sacrament meeting, but we are told she did great.

It looks like the kids had fin too! Thank you !!!

Unfortunately, a few pictures that I had taken at the party have disappeared...including pictures of Keld and his cake or the picture of the cook. But we all know who to thank for the jambalaya.

Last Saturday, we had a ward Mexican party.

Happy Easter

We had a fun-filled Easter long week-end.
Weatherwise, we had one nice day, Good Friday. Keld took the kids to the cottage and then for a bike  ride.

Kelden finally got to use his skateboard. I guess it was tiring.

He woke up on time for the Easter feast.

On Saturday, the kids got to color some eggs with Special.

Sunday was the egg hunt.

Julia got a lock for her new bike, Zack a soccer ball and Kelden a firebolt.

Zack is now 6.

Since Zack was sick on his birthday, I went to the school yesterday. I was so busy though that I forgot the camera. Here's what he got from his teacher.

Music Festival

This year it's Zack who opened the festival for our family.

Then Kelden played the piano.

He was very disappointed not to be in the first three. We were too, we thought he did great!
He did win in his choir competitions, both in French and in English.

It was tough, he was competing against Linda!

Julia also sang in two choirs, but the French song is too long for the blog.
