DisneyWorld 2023

 Keld and Julia left for Florida on Thursday. 

Julia went the three flights without being sick!

They started their vacation Friday with Epcot. 

Uncle Jordan and his family came for a visit.

And they also got their stuff for the race !

 I didn't think we needed to celebrate Julia's birthday here since she was going to party at Disney but then Auntie Becca offered to make mac and cheese and Special brought a Dancing Queen cake... 

Thank you everyone!! Julia is definitely enjoying her special day !

 We celebrated some birthdays early, some late, but mine was right on time. 

I received some gifts in advance though. 

But on D Day, we went to Special's for lasagna and big cookie. 

I want to thank everyone who thought of me on my special day!

Happy Halloween

Our enthusiasm for Halloween fades as the kids grow older. Zack had no idea for a costume and stole one from his grand-parents at the last minute. Both Julia and Kelden were so offended at being taken for Ryan's parents last year that they didn't go trick or treating at all this year. They did wear a costume for school.

Apparently, Julia's costume was better understood with a group...

Zack's school went to the Golden Manor. The staff reenacted the 101 Dalmatians, with the principal being Cruella. 

This year, we were not allowed to attend Ryan's parade. The principal was live but, of course, it stopped right when Ryan was coming...

He was supposed to be a king but he saw a few ninjas and decided to become one too.
