Kelden's Grade 8 Graduation

 Kelden's graduation was last Tuesday at the high school and he was asked to sing O Canada with the girls. I think he did pretty well !

He received his diploma and 3 medals: the academic excellence medal (average of 90% or more in the main subjects), the culinary arts medal and the physical education medal (average of 90% or more in these subjects.) He was only missing two medals (arts and technology.)

We have to admit, we were quite disappointed;  when Julia graduated two years ago, students with a 90% average of more received a cheque for a $100 not just a piece of metal...

Oh well, we were are still very proud !!

After the ceremony, he got his report card, a T-shirt and a yearbook. He was voted smartest boy of the year!
