Back to School on Aunt Emmy's Birthday

We celebrated Aunt Emmy's birthday early as we had a pancake breakfast to get the kids ready for school.

They ended up all taking the bus as the school secretary changed Kelden's file so he could be with the others. They had a good day, even if Julia is a bit disappointed not to be with her friends this year.
We hope Aunt Emmy had a great day !!!

Summer Holidays- The End

School starts tomorrow. Keld took a couple of days off last week to enjoy the cottage with the kids. It hasn't been the warmest of summers so we've liked the fires.

The kids were still brave enough to go in the water.

They went fishing a few times.

They also went on adventures by foot and with the machine.

One more week-end at the cottage!!

More Scotts

I am pretty disappointed as my camera broke this week. I had taken pictures at the cottage  for the long week-end with the ward members but the camera now says those pictures are "erased or damaged." :(  So I have to skip that and post about this past week-end which we spend with the Scotts as there was a wedding reception and a birthday celebration for Granny.

She says 88 is not as much fun as they said it would be. We tried to make it as fun as possible though. 8 of her children were there, Aunt Janet had left the day before.

So we saw lots of aunts, uncles and cousins... Here are some of my pictures, and I stole the group one.
