Music Festival

 Kelden participated in the music festival again this year. Zack didn't want to (he says he gave his money so Kelden would do more songs.) Kelden did more songs this year indeed (3 instead of his usual 1.) Every time, he had the same rival. She won 2 and he won 1. He won the Quick Study (when they give you the song only 48 hours in advance.)

 Ted turned 9 this week.

Zack turns 13 today. 

We celebrated yesterday, starting with his favorite chocolate for breakfast. 

Then pizza and his traditional mini-egg cake!

The book is a gift from Kelden. Our gift hasn't come in yet. To be continued...

Happy Easter

We celebrated the Atonement and resurrection of Jesus-Christ this week-end! 

The kids went to decorate some eggs with Special and Grandpa. 

We had our Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning.

They got the traditional mini-eggs and Ryan also received a toy he's been asking for a while. After church, we got ready for the family dinner.

On Monday, Keld and Julia cooked a deer stew and I made my traditional chocolate nest. Sister Newton came to thank the boys for shoveling and stayed with us for dinner.
