Christmas Eve

 Before our traditional candlelight supper, we went ourside and enjoyed the snow!

We are ready! Counting down with a special advent calendar/card from Baptiste and Caroline. They also sent us a moose, which is trying to hide from Keld...

The last week of school was busy, despite two snow days. Ryan had his concert at Thériault. 

We continued the singing with our traditional caroling after pizza and gifts from Special and Grandpa. 

I also received gifts from kids at school (lots of chocolate!) I even got some purple hot chocolate from Sister Newton.

After the last day of school, the cousins had a sleepover at their grandparents. Kelden had been waiting all year for that special event !

You see that box? It contains all the pains au chocolat from the bakery that actually does a good job at making them. Keld had tried to get me some for breakfast and was told that they had all been reserved. We quickly found out by whom...

Yesterday, we had our annual Hayes party planned but the Hayes had to cancel. We still went on and perpetuated the traditions: nativity, bells...

Goodbye Rocky !

Rocky passed away on December 8th. We had noticed a lack of energy but we didn't expect it to be that bad. We started to worry when he didn't want to eat and Keld brought him to the vet when he couldn't get up at all. 

Zack went with him. The radio showed spots in the lungs. Not much they could do.
