Happy Halloween !

Halloween is on a Sunday this year so we won't go trick or treating but we've still had a lot of fun and candy! I already posted about our family pumpkins. Here are the ones from the different classes. Kelden's (Cinderella's carriage) won the school prize!

Kelden made his own costume with his dad: Inspector Gadget. I like his creativity. Zack was a pirate, Ryan was Iron Man and Julia was an M&M (not a very round one though!) Julia drew on a t-shirt for me. Someone at school suggested that the staff wear some kind of super-hero costumes and/or a sign saying: I am a teacher, what's your superpower? So Julia drew the Superman logo and wrote "suppléante" (which means "supply teacher") instead of Superman.

We went trunk or treating on Friday night at the church.

The harvest was good.

It was added to our neighbors' donations. Some of our neighbors don't open on Halloween but they still give candy to family and friends every year.

But our amount of candy tripled this afternoon at Special and Grandpa's party! Special had hidden candy all over the house and each grandkid would get a clue to try and find it.

Thank you very much !
