A Visit From Utah: Fun at the Cottage

We had quite the welcoming committee waiting for us at the cottage. Bugs were everywhere. At first, we tried to fight them like this:

But then, we had to use extreme measures:

and we tried to avoid them by staying close to the fire (that Jordie was busy looking after)

or by going on the water:

or by just remaining inside:

That's where we took the pictures of all the grandkids. Grandma Special had prepared a pinata for them as a reward for smiling.

Kelden didn't really want to hit and hurt his buddy Buzz...

Julia, on the other hand, was trying hard!

I think the pinata was a great idea, and they sure deserved it...
