Ward Christmas Party

Last Saturday was our ward breakfast party for Christmas. The Primary was in charge of the program and they did a great job! I think Kelden would have liked to conduct too.

They started with the bells. It was very well done and hopefully they will do it again next year!

They had illustrated their next song with pictures.

We watched some videos while they were changing and then they re-enacted the nativity story.
This year Julia was one of the angels whom the shepherds heard praise God. I don't think it says that they sang, but since what they said makes the lyrics of most of the Christmas carols, the Primary angels did sing, especially Julia.

Kelden may not be an angel yet, but he is already a very handsome wise man.

And he had the best ride ever.

They made a good team.

It was Zack's first play and I think he might want to pursue an acting career. He seems to get it. He wondered, for example, why all the actors turned their backs to the public!

If you want to succeed, you need to smile at your fans!

To reward the Primary children after their hard work, "real" wise men brought "real" gifts.

Not that I mind Santa at church, but I thought it was a pretty good idea. And purple is definitely my favorite color...
