We went for a few days to the Mississagi provincial park (misi-zaagi : "river with a wide mouth" in ojibwe.) We took a boat this time and saw a couple of moose but no giant mosquitoes..
As expected, our site had a slope but we were able to fit all right although the fire pit was a bit close to the trailer. This time, we had no other campers between us and the lake.
We had chosen this park because Sister Newton and the Coopers were there.
Their boy likes fishing so they went as soon as we had finished dinner.
A great start!
