The Cobre Lake Trail

There were a lot of hikes suggested by the park's brochures. We could have gone around the Semiwite lake, for example. Another suggestion was the Cobre Lake Trail, a few kilometers away from the campground, which makes you go around a couple of lakes (the Cobre lake and the Tenfish lake.) With Ryan, who does not like walking, we thought we would just go to the look-out (the black star on the map) and come back.

A little look at the first lake before starting the hike.

Let's keep going up!

We stopped when we thought we were at the summit (the look-out wasn't marked) to have a little snack. Sister Newton had Smarties for all of us !! And then we started the descent.

We are definitely looking forward to when Ryan can walk a little bit more and we can go on longer hikes. It was fun!
